Elephants.

Today was absolutely beautiful! It was a balmy 70 degrees all afternoon, sunny, and blue skies.

At work, when I picked the kids up I mentioned going to the King and Queens Seat in Harford County they got all excited. But then Charlie said he had a book report due and Abby had homework. Alex didn't seem to mind either way. We ended up saving our trip for tomorrow. Ab got upset at first, but later realized it would be more fun tomorrow.

Not much word on Allen. He's back in Maryland. He's in a hospital, but after 72 hours he's either discharged or sent away. It's terrible. I want to see him and ask him what happened. My mom said he's so heavily sedated he just lays there. And a nurse said it would be better if he didn't have any visitors for a while. He keeps trying to get Mom to take him home before the 15th. He doesn't want to miss Martin Luther King Jr's birthday.



On the bright side, I watched Harold and Maude today with Sam. Great movie.
